From fables of old and nursery rhymes, legend tells of the Everbright Tree. A tree that can absorb one’s light within. It’s said to appear in all parts of the world, beckoning travelers and adventurers to submit to their curiosity.

This is a 5e mini adventure you can plug into any existing campaign or run as a one-shot for a 2-hour adventure. 

Players learn of the fable and its influence on the local village. Will they risk themselves to save the townspeople? Will they gain the favor of the Everbright Tree? Will the Everbright Tree regrow and move on to another community?
